Write to support for anything about your account, billing, the console or the API. To get an answer in one round trip, include:
- your company name and the email you sign in with;
- your region (EU or US), if you know it;
- for an API problem, the endpoint, the time of the request and the
requestIdfrom the error response, but never your API key; - for a billing problem, the invoice or payment date and amount.
Before you write, status.cogneris.ai shows whether an incident is already open.
