Dashboard

The Vision home: how much Vision processed for your company in the last 30 days, which document types it classified, how many templates you have, and shortcuts to the main areas.

The page is read-only. It loads two things independently when it opens — the usage figures and the template count — so one can fail while the other shows. It does not refresh on its own; reopen the page to see newer figures.
What is counted
The usage figures come from the Vision service's usage records for your company, for a window of 30 days: today (UTC) and the 29 days before it, up to the moment the page is opened.
- Each usage record counts as one document. A record is written per AI operation Vision performs — for example a classification, a zero-shot classification, an extraction, a crop or a split. A single document that goes through classification and then extraction therefore counts twice. This is why the chart is titled Operations & Pages.
- Pages is the sum of the pages recorded on those operations.
- Not counted: the records of webhook deliveries and of API notification calls.
- Days are calendar days in UTC. Around midnight, a document processed late in the evening in a time zone behind UTC is shown on the next day.

Active Templates counts only templates that are ready to use — Finished, and Training (on the Google Document AI engine a template is usable while it trains). Draft, Queued, Processing and Error templates are not counted.
While a tile loads it shows …. When its data cannot be read the tile shows —, the message Couldn't load and a Retry button; the tile never shows a misleading 0 when the figure is unknown.
Charts
Operations & Pages — last 30 days
A line chart with one point per day of the window and two lines, Documents and Pages. Days without activity are drawn as zero, so the horizontal axis always covers all 30 days, labelled day/month. Pointing at a day shows both values for that day. The legend under the chart toggles a line on and off.
By document type
A donut chart of the operations that were classifications by your trained templates, grouped by the document type they returned, largest first. The legend beside the chart lists each type with its share of the total; pointing at a slice shows the type, its count and its share.
- Only classification against your templates is counted here. Extraction, split, crop and zero-shot classification do not record a document type, so they are left out rather than shown as one large "unknown" slice.
- A classification record with no type is shown as
unknown. - Document types are shown as the classifier returned them, which is normally a template title.

Common problems
