Sign screens

Detailed reference for each Sign screen used by the journeys. Labels are quoted exactly as they appear in the English interface. Content was checked on 2026-10-09 against the Sign interface source (sign-fe 04cf208, which adds Decline to sign and Send reminder) and the Sign service (sign-be 3459d6a). On 2026-10-17 the Dashboard, the New envelope dialog, Envelopes, the Envelope page and the Signing page were observed in DEV, inside the Cogneris Platform, with a synthetic company, a synthetic signer and synthetic documents (Sign interface 0af6301, service 588e71e): an envelope was created, sent, signed with the code sent by e-mail, and another was declined. Their Content status says Observed. On 2026-10-18 Cases and the Case page were observed with a signature request raised by a synthetic workflow, before and after it was signed (Sign interface fc7338b, service 9e597ca). On 2026-10-22 the fields, actions and messages of every screen on this page — the Dashboard, the New envelope dialog, Envelopes, the Envelope page, Cases, the Case page and the Signing page — were checked against the Sign interface source (8a45db4) and the Sign service (9f406d1); those details are marked as not observed in each screen's Content status, and Page not found was added from source. On 2026-10-23 the page was updated for the corrections of WOR-167 (Sign interface, cogneris-sign-fe#150): the New envelope dialog now requires the document and the signer, failures on the Envelope page and the Signing page now show a message, codes are shown as names, and Still to sign no longer lists signers who declined. Those changes are from source; not observed.
